Giftdude Returns Policy
If you need to return a product purchased from Giftdude you must inform us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging must be intact and any tags must still be attached. If the items you are returning were sent to you in any kind of protective wrapping, please ensure that they are returned in the same way in order to prevent damage occurring during transit. In the case of clothing, please ensure that returned items of clothing are not soiled (i.e. with any kind of hair or dirt on them), nor carrying any kind of odour.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Any goods returned to us which are not deemed to be in acceptable condition will not be refunded.
Please remember to include your original invoice with any returned items to complete your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please report any damage or non-delivery of your goods immediately. Complaints relating to damage sustained during transit will not be considered unless made in writing within three days of receipt of the goods. Claims for damaged or defective goods will only be considered if the goods are returned to Giftdude in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
